PE COI offers a broad spectrum of technologies and manpower training targeted to the manufacturing needs of the PE industry. The centre provides a comprehensive infrastructure of technical manpower, equipment & facilities, and manufacturing IT resources for the local SMEs to upgrade their manufacturing capabilities and accelerate development of new products, equipment and processes. Hosted at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech), the centre is supported by all A*STAR research institutes and other institutes of higher learning.
